This is a new style of Yuzushu. This delicious YUZUKA is based on Kinoene sake. It uses high-quality Japanese Yuzu, which gives it all the qualities of the fruit, including both sweet and sour flavours, with a slightly bitter and fresh finish. This Yuzushu is well balanced with acidity and sweetness. YUZUKA can be enjoyed as a mixer, combined with sparkling water or tonic water, and can also make a very refreshing gelato in summer.
