New sake has arrived in Australia...! Tsuchiya brewery wa established in 1900 in Saku city, Nagano prefecture and is located at the foot of Mt. Asama. One of the longest rivers called Chikuma runs through it. This blessing of nature, pure spring water and good soil, are the source of this beautiful Sake．
