This Horis PURE Wine Vinegar is alcohol-free and has been fermented for more than 5 years. This premium white wine vinegar made from 10 varieties of grapes that 100% grown in Yamanashi prefecture which gives it its depth of flavour, a beautiful aroma, and a full umami taste. It’s well-balance with soft and gentle acidity, sweet ness from the graps.
